Perfect location to make sure you make your flight without having to worry about navigating Delhi traffic.

Awkward access, from getting past security to the terminal to the initial check-in downstairs.

Location. It is just 10 mins walk to all gates.

They had only one staff at front desk and she had to check in about 8 people before me. I had to wait half an hour to be checked in. I had only 3 hrs for my flight to take off. They should hire more staff for front desk. When I called them they hung up.

Location in Delhi airport; cleanliness of room; modern decor of room; availability of Indian food for complementary breakfast and dinner; friendliness and efficiency of staff; security.

Theoretically, this is an at-airport hotel that should be convenient.

Cumbersome, lengthy process to get to your room - expect at least one full hour from baggage claim. You could almost certainly get to a hotel at Aerocity faster, and it would almost certainly be cheaper for the same or better quality.

In the airport's terminal

It was difficult to get to the hotel. Check in from inside the airport is not straightforward. Also, the breakfast was a disaster. We filled a form at check in to get breakfast delivered to our room in the morning but we never received it.

The hotel is located at the airport terminal itself. Due to that you don't have to go outside of the airport terminal with all heavy luggage.

Not suitable if your departing flight is after 24 hours of your hotel checkin time as you won't be allowed entry due to airport security If you want to go out somewhere for some stuff, you have to checkout compulsory.

A great place to stay. Room was updated, clean and comfortable. Location inside the airport was awsome! The room overlooked the inside of the terminal. Breakfast had all the items you wante, and the staff was very friendly. Nawab at the front desk was amazing. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond in customer service for this frazzled traveler. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is of course super convenient. The best part is the employees. They go above and beyond with their hospitality and helpfulness. I would like to specifically thank Anand and Sushanshu whose names I registered. Another person helped us with the checkin for our domestic leg and helped post a package from the ipo desk. I don't think I'll stay anywhere else during our transit through Delhi.

The room is a tad small for nearly $200 a night though. So a room with two beds feels like suitable for kids.

Facility is nice, clean and easily accessible from the T3 terminal.

Requested front desk for extra pillow. But staff did not give that. Small room.

Holiday inn expressVery unpleasant experience. Someone picked me up inside the airport but It took an hour and a half to get through the security because there were a lot of guests to handle. Some got very impatient because of the long wait and complained. Then when I checked in at the front desk I had a question and I was told to go sit in the restaurant and wait until someone comes to talk to me instead of being checked into the room. I went back to reservation desk and they checked me in. I have no idea why that happened.In the restaurant, some of the dishes were not available. At the breakfast buffet I saw a cockroach near the food.Between 3 am and 4 am there was constant loud banging of doors shutting. That was from the cleaning staff who were cleaning all the rooms around my room. I couldn’t sleepAfter being in India for two weeks and experiencing the wonderful Indian hospitality this was in contrast not good

Location

There was no clear information on how to get the hotel. IA gate and needed someone to walk us in to go thru guards.

On landing and collecting our luggage we could see no signs for this hotel and asked 4/5 airport staff where the entrance may be. All of them said we had to go through customs and then to the Holiday Inn desk outside of arrivals. When we said that we understood there was an entrance inside the airport all the staff we spoke to still maintained that we had to go to the desk outside.On going to the desk outside we were informed by a NOT very helpful individual from the hotel that because we had come outside the airport we now were unable to stay at the hotel and there was nothing they could to help us - not impressed at 1am in the morning.Only due to a very helpful gentleman were we able to find other accommodation for the night.

I had to wait 10-15 min for a staff to escort me to the hotel The corridor was very noisy with people receiving phone calls, slamming doors in the middle of my 4 hours night. Very expensive.

The employee Amar was exceptionally helpful and also Preya helped me with a conflict in my next reservation. The young man who escorted me to my flight this morning was also very helpful and pleasantly polite. What an excellent staff you have at this location. I will highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for all your help.
